I cannot recommend Natural Pet Warehouse highly enough. I ordered 3 bottles of Fidobiotics Good Guts for Big Mutts from them for my two Big Mutts. I received my shipment in record time!!! Easy to order and it came just as my cat finished the last can of food. The reason for only 4 stars is because there was no tracking info...that I could find. I didn't know when to expect it or who to expect to deliver it. I give them grace since they are a small company (and it could have been somewhere that I just didn't see). I called and actually spoke with a person (yeah!!) and they gave me the info so all was well. I would order from this company again.

Recently placed my second order, and again my order was received in record time and my dogs didn't have to go a day without their salty beef jerky. An extra perk was the adult cookie included in my package. Just wish I had received 2 cookies being I purchased 2 bags of jerky. The cookie is delicious with coffee and it's a kind treat to receive.

What they are doing well is being prompt, courteous, friendly and honest, all attributes that, especially collectively, are harder to find in today's crazy world of business. They are a family unit, running a business that actually puts the customer first. That's refreshing, uplifting and needs to be recognized and acknowledged!

Package and shipping is so fast and I have never received both products as fast as I do from natural pet warehouse. We are big fans of happy Howies and they are always fresh and well packaged. I love shopping with a small family owned company.
