NaturalPetWarehouse.comReviews of naturalpetwarehouse.com

I'm thrilled to have found Natural Pet Warehouse! I used to buy Northwest Naturals when I lived in the PNW, but have not been able to find it at local pet food stores in TX. I was buying from Amazon until, for political reasons, I have chosen not to shop there any longer. I am a small business owner and am so happy to support another small family-owned business. Their products are fabulous and reasonably priced, and their service is top-notch!! My Jack-Chi loves the freeze-dried beef from Northwest Naturals and the dried beef lung (her favorite treat!) Thank you for all you do!

I love dealing with a reputable Family-Owned business. Our 8-month-old German Shepard puppy loves the chicken dog treat bones! After a good workout, or at the end of the day she settles down to an excellent treat. The large sport ball has a very solid feel & weight. The ball has a great bounce and perfect size for a 60 lb. dog. Thank you for putting out great products.

I love supporting a small family owned business and this is one of the best. Call and they answer the phone in a very friendly, professional manner. Products are sent out immediately and they even include a small human treat. What's not to love! Thank you for your service.

They had dehydrated raw food I could only get in Canada (USA, family business- what’s not to like. They were able to correct an error I made in address and still get the goods to Mass. In 2 days.

We needed our OC Raw dog food quickly and we’re in a pinch, as our local pet store couldn’t get the product in. Our order arrived very quickly. I have also spoken to them on the phone and they were very helpful with repeated orders and now we buy in bulk with this company. We are very pleased with their customer service. Also love to support small business! Thank you

Firstly, within an hour of ordering I received a notice my product had been shipped. And this morning my order arrived. Talk about quick...like within a couple days. (This all over the weekend.) And not only that inside was a delicious little cookie for me. I love what this company represents (and not because of the cookie). Such a hard working family endeavoring to do such good things; all natural products made in the USA (Hooray!), and striving to create a good life for their family and beloved specially abled son. I plan to try to support this business as often as possible. Thank you for such a great experience with you.

Natural Pet Warehouse is the best! They have a product that my dogs love and it was discontinued at our local pet shop. Fast shipping! Thoughful reminders for auto-delivery.

Easy to shop online and timely delivery. No issues
