I wanted refills for a reed diffuser w i h I had bought on a visit to the Isle of Wight. I contacted Lisa at Naturally Essence. Unfortunately I had omitted my address. Lisa emailed me to tell me. Once I had given my address, my items were arrived within two days. The packaging was so nice, I could have given it as a present. All packaging is fully recyclable. This is a small company working to produce quality goods whilst taking care of the planet. Lisa deserves more than 5 stars for this.
