Great experience!
Great experience shopping and getting my purchase quickly. We love the rug in our house and the best part, unlike other natural rugs, this one does not leave a mess in my house.

Love Their Product & Customer Service
We originally thought we would order a different style of stair tread and I called their offices 2x to get some clarity on styles. The person answering the phone was wonderful and super helpful. She walked me through the website and the photos. We ended up ordering a simple style and we love them. Very high quality - affordable and easy to install. We will use them again!

I was never certain about my order on…
I was never certain about my order on many levels: did it go through; when would it be shipped (I waited a good long while for that bit of information); would it be what I wanted (and it WOULDN'T have been, had I not received an email just prior to shipping asking if I'd in fact chosen "wheat" for a trim color on the stair treads I'd picked out (I had not -- I'd chosen BLACK). And then, irony of ironies, I received this "take our survey" email three days BEFORE my order arrived, go figure.

Timothy, We apologize about your negative experience. We had confirmed with you that the stair tread was mislabeled and corrected it to black prior to shipping it out to you. Once we had confirmed the color, we shipped the item out to you on 11/15/2018 and I see that it was delivered today. Please understand it takes approximately 7 business days to make the custom rug plus another 3-7 business days for the item to be received. Thank you for your understanding, Frank

HOST DRY CARPET CLEANER
The product designed to remove stains from natural area rugs did not work. Our stains came from olive oil, by the way, FYI. The service was excellent and everything else was excellent. It's just that the, again, HOST DRY CARPET CLEANER did not work.

I’ve bought a rug from this company…
I’ve bought a rug from this company before and was very pleased, but this time I was not as happy about my purchase. The shag rug that I purchase was made of polyester and I was expecting it to have little to no smell, but still weeks after my purchase there is a very offputting smell coming from the rug, I have to keep my windows open to air out the room that it’s in. The shag rug is also not as soft as I was hoping it to be. Because of the return policy and my having to pay for the return shipping, I’ve decided to keep the rug, but I would definitely not buy it again.

Top quality product without the top price
The rug is absolutely beautiful and better than I imagined - especially for the price. Is exceptional quality and was packaged better than anything I ever received from Amazon or overstock or Wayfair. More importantly, the customer service was outstanding. I will buy from them again and have recommended Natural Area Rugs to all my friends and family.
