This company knows what quality customer service is!! I had placed an order for stair treads and 2 landing mats, they emailed me to let me know that The treads and mats would not exactly match, which I thought was awesome!! Angela patiently helped me choose new items that would match. Shipping was super quick even on my custom order. Had to call them when I received my order as it was missing a few items and again Angela helped me with superior service and shipped my missing items immediately. Nothing but great things to say, and I WILL definitely be shopping here again!!

Rugs are Fast and great quality. Ordered 3 times over the years now! Need to stay in close contact with them regarding delivery window though, took two visits and poor communication on that last step.

This was my second purchase and the quality for this shipment was just as good as the first - excellent. Also, I must say that Angelique was a fantastic customer service rep. When I realized I had ordered the incorrect material and border edge I called and she promptly took care of the change in a very gracious and caring manner. She gets a 5 for service!

Most beautiful handmade, natural rug I've ever owned! I love this rug.....don't get me wrong, but it smells so, so bad. I'm sure it's just the natural(ness) of it, and it will air out, but it has to be put in a neutral area to air out before you can tolerate it in the space you actually want it to be in. It is beautiful and very organic, which I love. Just know the Jute handmade rugs are going to have an odor....to be expected I guess. I do love it!
