I appreciated being able to talk to someone before purchasing. Very helpful. The rug arrived quickly, well-wrapped for shipping. I highly recommend this company.

Great and efficient service

Well packaged excellent quality rug at a great price

I purchased stair treads and custom size rug for stair landing. They’re beautiful and well-made. Surpassed my expectations. Customer service is excellent.

Excellent service from natural area rugs as well as wonderful product. I ordered a small sisal rug. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. I love this rug; so clean and neat. Using in my utility room. Will order from this business again.

The sisal rug is beautiful and was well packaged and delivered in a timely fashion. The reason for the 3 stars is that the backing on the rug is already disintegrating into a fine dust, which is one of the main reasons we got rid of our old rug. As soon as we unrolled it, there were fine bits of the backing material all over the floor. If we lightly run a finger along some places of the backing, it disintegrates. Very disappointing, especially given the price and that it is custom made.

Perfect! Just want I was looking for...

High quality product and amazing customer service.
