Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

Beautiful rug. As soon as something is placed on it, it bunches. This may be fixable but I have not found the solution yet. But super happy with it🤗

They’re horrible hurt to walk on and called “custom” so they can’t be returned.

Very pleased with my custom sisal runners. I’ve purchased seagrass runners in the past but they always shed. These sisal rugs look like they will not shed. Very nice looking. Pretty quick delivery.

My new stair treads are beautiful

The rug is beautiful and well-made. It arrived well-protected with several layers of wrapping.

I have always had great experiences with Natural Area Rugs. My wife needed a hypoallergenic rug, and so I contacted them for some advice. They suggested the sisal rug (which is hypoallergenic and easy to clean), and at first I wasn't totally sold that it would be comfortable based on the photos. However, after checking out some free samples, I found that the material was a lot easier on the feet than I thought, and I was confident that a sisal rug would be a most fantastic choice for us. I am so happy that we went with the sisal, as it really ties the room together and has really improved our movie nights, as we don't have to worry about cold floors. The rug also has a rubber bottom, which helps keep it from moving around. I may even get a floor pad to extend the rug's life. The rug was shipped out fast and arrived well-wrapped and in pristine condition. I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered a rug, the wrong one was delivered. I followed the procedure to return the next day. I have not received the promised refund. I have contacted the company and have not received a reply.

Excellent company, would recommend to anybody
