Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

I am glad that I made the choice to order my 8'x10' rug from Natural Area Rugs. I wanted a rug that was made without harmful materials and was impressed with this business. When I called the company to ask a few questions, I found the individuals to be professional and friendly. The experience went very smoothly and my rug arrived by the expected delivery date. We are enjoying our new rug as feel as though we have a brand new room! Thank you Natural Area Rugs for a very nice experience!

Wonderful customer service. They promptly answer phone calls and emails! Extremely polite. I strongly recommend Natural Area Rugs.

Well made .. looks classy and natural! Love the colors

As always, very pleased with our custom seagrass runner. Perfectly cut to size. The only slight regret was me ordering the "Beach" weave instead of the usual "Half Panama" weave. I find the "Beach" weave more raised making it rough on bare feet. The "Half Panama" is a much smoother weave, friendlier on bare feet. In the future I'll reorder the "Half Panama" weave. Other than this personal preference, I love these rugs.

After researching various rugs, we found what we wanted, for a good price, at Natural Area Rugs. Ordered the rug from a helpful lady, They communicated with us when the rug was shipped, and it came a day early! Very happy with price, rug and customer service. Anticipate getting another rug from them!

Excellent customer service! The lady That helped me made sure the delivery would work for My daughter receiving Two Large rugs! I have ordered 3 previous Carpets - all great!

The rugs were packaged very well, arrived ahead of schedule. We are very happy with them (stair treads and a matching rug for the landing).

I was looking for an area rug for our entryway. It's an odd sized area, so when I found Natural Area Rugs, I was thrilled. I ordered samples to see which color and rug type would work and after I got the sample, I placed my order. It arrived quickly (in spite of the holidays!) and I L-O-V-E the rug! The color is great, the binding is high quality. I ordered the Linden rug with wide canvas binding. It's perfect for this space, and I would definitely order again from this company.
