I ordered two skincare products from NattyWomen and paid for both. The parcel was delivered by DHL, but when I opened it, only one of the two products was inside. The facial cream I ordered was missing. I contacted NattyWomen immediately and have made repeated attempts to resolve the issue, but I have received no response and no refund for the missing product. I have retained my order confirmation, DHL delivery information, photographs of the parcel and its contents, and copies of my emails to the company. I have now had to lodge a transaction dispute with my card provider. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from NattyWomen again and would advise others to exercise caution.

He comprado un dúo de Skinceuticals y me han mandado solamente uno de los productos. Aparece como centro emisor Emiratos Árabes, pero claramente es mentira y detrás hay una empresa española, ya que lo compré una tarde y al día siguiente lo habían entregado. Son unos estafadores.

I placed an order for a SkinCeuticals product, but cancelled it within 5 minutes because I suddenly realised the price was way too cheap compared to the normal retail price and it seemed too good to be true. I emailed them immediately asking to cancel the order. Their customer service replied confirming that the order had been cancelled and told me to allow up to 14 days for the refund. Well… 14 days have passed and still no refund. I’ve followed up and I’m still waiting for my money back. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very cautious before ordering SkinCeuticals or anything else from this website. 🚩 If the price looks too good to be true, think twice before entering your card details. Please do your research before ordering from Natty Women.

Buyer Beware When I found Natty Women, I was immediately struck by how closely it resembles Modarak. The website layout, product range, images, and overall design appear virtually identical. I previously ordered from Modarak over four months ago. I never received my order, despite repeated attempts to contact customer service by email. Every email went unanswered, and I was left without the goods I paid for or any form of customer support. Because of my experience with Modarak, seeing a website that appears almost identical raises significant concerns for me. This is a scam, avoid!.
