Horrible! Fake!

Hice un pedido el 5 de Julio de 2026 y a dia de hoy 28 de septiembre de 2026 solo he recibido la mitad del pedido y encima mal, pedí esto H.A. Intensifier Multi-Glycan Plumping Hydrating × 1 y me ha llegado un bote de H. A. Intensifier sin más y no parece ni original, también pedí Phloretin CF Vitamin C Antioxidant 30ml × 1 que sigo esperando a día de hoy,no contestan casi nunca a los correos y me dicen en uno que estaba en la aduana y llegaba el lunes, el pasado, evidentemente no ha llegado, no devuelven dinero, ni envían los productos, son unos timadores con todas las letras

DO NOT ORDER FROM NATTYWOMEM.COM This entire site is a scam with COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. It has a VERY good website. Advertises on Facebook. And advertises that it is from New York, with a location in Toronto. Has all the typical products that a medical-grade/Derm store would sell, including reviews, etc.. But when you contact customer support the emails bounce back. I did actually receive product - a package from an address in Dubai. And they are all counterfeit Skinceuticals products. The packaging looks pretty similar to Skinceuticals, but because I have used the products that I’d ordered many times before, I could tell that they were fake.

ordered items, didnt arrive, emailed them multiple times with no response. Then advised them i had contacted my bank and was seeking chargeback, and miraculously the next day they suddenly responded and told me they would send the product, they sent no tracking, the address was incorrect and within a week the items arrived, on close inspection they are all counterfeit products!. 100% scam company dont touch!! anyone still waiting for items or received items im sure they will be fake so be careful and you can contact your bank explain the situation and you should be able to to a chargeback via your card company.

I ordered skincare products from Nattywomen, but unfortunately, I never received my order. No tracking number was ever provided, and despite contacting customer service several times, I was left waiting with no product and no clear explanation. I requested a refund and was initially told that it would be processed within 14 days. After waiting for more than a month, I finally received confirmation that the refund had been approved, and I was then told that it would be completed within another 7 days. Of course, those 7 days have passed, and I have received neither the refund nor the products. At this point, I have handed the entire matter over to my lawyer and will be pursuing the appropriate legal channels. If anyone else has experienced the same situation with Nattywomen — products never received, no tracking information, or refunds repeatedly promised but never issued — please get in touch. I would like to know how many other people have been affected and whether anyone is interested in joining the legal action. People should not be treated this way when they have paid for products they never received. I hope the appropriate authorities and legal system will hold those responsible accountable.
