Literally lied about dropping my…
Literally lied about dropping my package off and tried to pull one over on me. “filed a claim with USPS and they said it’s lost, I’m gonna go ahead and mail you another one.” Ok, then why did the OG tracking number never get scanned in when it was initially supposedly dropped off? And after you “filed a claim with USPS” the “new package” showed up at my house with the same tracking number as the original? gets combative when people ask for updates, constantly blames not answering emails on chronic pain condition. I have chronic pain, I get it, but maybe you should not be running a business then if you cannot provide a minimum level of customer service. Has posted multiple IG stories about chargebacks, shares the customers name… I’m sorry but if you’re having multiple chargebacks it’s hard to believe your side of the story.

Hey! I used the original tracking number because if the tracking number hasn't updated in the USPS system, I can usually just reuse it instead of purchasing a new one. This is a cost-saving procedure that I commonly perform if USPS has never scanned an item. The only time I will not do this is if a package has been scanned, the tracking has updated, but the package got lost anyway - in this case, I'd have to print a whole new label with a new tracking number. If your label was never updated in the first place, you'll always receive the same tracking. After being in business for around 7ish years, I've had a few issues with a few people. I try to run an honest and sincere small business as best as I can with my physical disability. I hope you at least enjoyed the products you got! Also just updating this to say thanks for posting a genuine review! I hope my response at least answered some questions. I am really sorry if our interaction wasn't perfect, that stinks to hear, but I am thankful that you took the time to support my little business in the first place.

I love all my pins and my coffin bag
I love all my pins and my coffin bag! Everyone asks where I got them and I love being able to share an artist that I truly believe is talented and worth sharing. The Coffin Bag was the first kickstarter I ever backed and now because of this amazing experience I have since backed other creators work and it’s so amazing! I’ve been a faithful follower and supporter since 2020

I love this creator!
I love this creator!! She has the cutest designs and always ships items out in a timely manner. I was part of her patreon and her monthly pins are amazing and I hope to be able to be one a patron of hers on patreon again soon!!
