Products' effectiveness questionable as Claritin is also used. Complaint: ordered Mucous-Clear Day & Nightime separately to get order 2 products-- get one free. Told representative on phone that I'd like the 3rd to be the Nighttime. That was Nov. 13. Still haven't received my free bottle.

Hello Donna, I apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your ordering experience. The order notes state that the representative recommended using our Buy 2/Get 1 by ordering 2 Mucus-Clear and 1 Mucus-Clear Nighttime, but you chose the less expensive option of the combopack to try the products first. ComboPacks are already discounted, so they do not qualify for the Buy 2/Get 1 promotion. Just ordered
Just ordered! Going to be almost 2 weeks for a simple order!! Doesn't work when you look at your competition!!!

I love your products and have for many…
I love your products and have for many years but am going to find another resource for some of the products, as the child proof, (adult proof) caps aren't easy to open without spilling the product such as the CBD oil, which is not cheap. When you think it's open, it's not, and vice versa. Then it's all over the counter. I contacted customer service and left a message stating that if people take CBD oil for pain, it should be easier to open. The did not reply to my message. Besides that, the products are great, but customer service is still VERY important to me.

Products are good
Products are good. Customer service has been frustrating. Called to ask if they carried a certain herb and was told to search the website for it. I hate that. Also, somehow I accidently signed up for VIP service st $14.95 per month. Can only assume it was a "small print" provision on something.

I have used Native Remedies and Pets…
I have used Native Remedies and Pets Alive for years and have been very satisfied with their products. I have the best results with the homeopathic items and choose those first. I especially like the Mucus- Clear which is a must every morning.

Great product!
Was skeptical at first, but after a week or so I noticed I felt better, especially after long runs and workouts. I have also been sleeping better. Not feeling a lot of the normal soreness.

Using for years now the Uti-clear…
Using for years now the Uti-clear together with the immunity plus and the Bladder well , i can say my urine infections are still ongoing , sometimes worse , sometimes better , but i still need to use antibiotics to get rid of them . When i started with Native remedies it was better for some time but now it seems that my system is getting used to those drops and doing next to nothing anymore. Not happy the way it works now and not sure yet how longer i may use them .

Hello Gitta, I'm sorry that you are not getting the same results from these products. I recommend that you continue the Immunity Plus, but discontinue the other two products for 4-6 weeks, then re-introduce them to see if it helps get a better response.
