Fraud
I asked customer service a few weeks ago to take me off of the monthly subscription. The woman on the phone(who I had to ask repeatedly) said she removed it and the charge. I got another package in the mail yesterday. I will be calling my credit card company to report fraud. Obviously, I am irritated.

My 13yo pug has been having issues with…
My 13yo pug has been having issues with putting on weight for a while. I suspected hypothyroid and purchased Thyro-pet to try and bolster her thyroid after reading a couple reviews.After a few weeks she has slightly more energy but has had no change in the weight issue. So she could be hypothyroid and the supplement did nothing or it's some other issue.

I was unaware that I signed up for VIP…
I have recommended this company several times over the years as one that can be trusted. However, recently, I was unaware that I signed up for VIP rewards with my December 10th order. There was no confirmation button required. I do remember pressing a "more Information" button. Apparently doing that signed me up. The site needs to be planned out a bit better....or maybe there was a glitch in the site that day. Either way, I was being charged every month for VIP loyalty without even knowing what it was about, causing me to temporarily lose trust in your company. Customer service was very calm and pleasant when I wasn't feeling so pleasant about these unexpected charges. Gratefully, Anjannet (sp?) cancelled my membership and ordered a refund for the charges which saved me from going to my bank and having them disputed. The refund receipts have been emailed to me which I also appreciate. My bank does not yet show the credit to my account. I understand that it may take a couple days to process.

At first I thought this product helped…
At first I thought this product helped my cat's coughing and wheezing. But after continued use I don't think it did. It is awfully expensive if it doesn't work or doesn't help much. I wish it did.

Hello Stephanie, I am sorry to hear that AmazaPet is not helping your cat's breathing. Try giving her 4-6 drops at least twice daily for two weeks. If she is still not responding, please use the return label on the packing slip to return the bottle for refund. Sincerely, Dottie R.
