Slowly but surely

This time was not good at all
This time was not good at all. One representative first of all did not know what she was doing and giving me a hard time. Always thought they were better then this. My package had a label created at 4;45pm yesterday. So at the time I spoke to reps the package had not shipped. They kept on saying it did. Just because you have a tracking number does not mean shipped. Even a label being created the package is not in transit. Shipped means in transit, in Ups’s hands.

My husband has Myasthenia Gravis
My husband has Myasthenia Gravis. MG is an auto immune disorder. He has excessive salivation due to MG. He is on Mestinon which was prescribed by his Doctor. However nothing helped with his salivation. Mucus Clear has helped him deal with this problem. Thank god for Mucus Clear.

Customer service is slow, they have yet to reply regarding returning this product for refund. I emailed them on 2 June 2020; today's date is 17 June. I stated to them that the product is unopened. lp______ AZ

Seven year Native Remedies User!
I have been using Native Remedies products for over 7 years and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Their customer service has always been professional and very responsive. Their natural products ACTUALLY WORK. I am never without pure calm and sweat less which both help greatly with my PTSD symptoms.
