Tying up my credit card with your bad bill system???
Hi On Oct. 4th. on line I made an order for $203.70 with Native Remedies. Upon placing the order a small block shows up offering an additional item that I could use for half price for $19.48 which I accepted. So the whole order should be $223.48!! That was fine? Later upon checking my credit card account I notice that I have been charged $203.70 on one transaction and $223.48 on another transaction!! Almost double!!! It took a week for the $203.70 to come off my credit card!! I was told by your people that the problem was with my bank!!! I got news for you the problem is how your billing is set up on the computer as you check out. Somebody in Acct./billing needs to look into this!!! I don't know about you but it tied up $200 of my credit card for a week!!! Besides that I received very week answers from your people when I called about this situation!! Thanks Tom Cook 941-753-9250

Frustrating how long the free shipping takes to arrive.
The free shipping used to arrive quickly within two to three days. It is now taking week over a week sending through ups and then the USPS. It just makes it take a lot longer. When you place an order you shouldn't have to wait over a week to get the product.

Excellent products!
I have used several Nativery Remedies products, and they all work.fabulously. My favorites are UTI Clear and the Triple Tonic for bladder health. Goodbye UTIs!

I got the products faster than expected.!
I got the products faster than expected. I started the tablets and drops as s oon as my son got back from school. I will wait a few days to see any major improvement on his focus and impulsiveness.
