The company handled my purchase professionally, but the product did not work. I purchased Focus Formula for my teenage son who has issues with not staying focused on homework and other tasks. He is often forgetful and his grades have been suffering because of these issues. I gave him the drops faithfully for 2 months before giving up on them. Did not notice any difference in his attention span... none!

Last week my cat was very sick, I purchased PetAlive® FCV ProtectT Spray. I needed this product to treat his cough, sinus, and hard breathing. Due to emergency, I chose the express shipping which cost me extra $19.99, to get the "Next Day Delivery" guaranteed by the website. I paid on Nov. 12th, and I estimated that the product would be delivered by or on 14th. But unfortunately, when I track the order status, I never saw the company shipped it the next day. I finally saw the company sent the shipping notice to the carrier at the night of 14th, which was 2 days after I paid, and I ended up receiving the product on 16th. I called the customer service on 15th complaining the delay of the delivery, I got the apology and the refund of the charge for the express delivery. This company does not keep their promise on the shipping timeline, because they do not realize that any delay of the delivery could damage a pet's health, even cause a pet's death. This is not just the time issue, it is the issue of their business ethics. I was angry and asked the customer service to give a serious warning to their shipping department, telling them that if they do not care about a pet's life then they shouldn't be in this business. I will not buy any medicine from them in the future.

As your order was placed after 9 pm on a Thursday the 12th we were not able to have the order shipped until the next day, Friday the 13th when our warehouse was opened. As UPS overnight does not ship on weekends, the order could not be delivered until Monday the 16th. To have an order shipped the same day it is placed with overnight shipping it needs to be placed before 1 pm CT as stated on our website, because of the time the order was placed we were not able to have it delivered with the UPS until Monday.
