Great discount for Cyber Monday - canceled order after placed...
I ordered an item that works very well for my pet on Cyber Monday because of a 35% + free shipping code for that day only. I couldn't get it to give me free shipping, but decided to deal with that later, so I ordered and sent an e-mail asking about the shipping. My answer was - sorry that didn't work, but that order has been canceled... we are out of stock. But if I tried to order after Cyber Monday, it just told me it would be backordered. Bad, bad business. Then, come to find out, they think they haven't charged me and they are no longer going to carry the item. What a joke. Should have had something online noting that item would no longer be carried after stock was gone and nothing when I initially ordered said stock was low at all. Get your act together! My last order. What a shame, as I would have been buying this item frequently.

Very helpful products and customer service!
I have vertigo and have been to a doctor and physical therapist and neither helped. Your Ear Heal has been a life saver. I also have a gluten allergy. Your AllergyEase Grain and Gluten spray has made a huge difference. I can eat some foods again with out getting the bad taste in my mouth or a stomach ache. It does not work for pizza though (too much wheat I'm sure). I am eager to try other products.

Box tored up and jar leaking
I have always been very pleased with Native Remedies way if business and with their products but the reason i am giving 4 stars is Because when I received my last order two weeks ago the box was tored up and one pf te jars was leaking all over the box and only was a1/2 jar full. I called to report it and customer service promise to send me a replacement jar and I am yet to receive it. When I get it I will give it 5 stars.

I use Mucus clear and it really helps I made a big mistake and when it was on sale I should of bought 2. That was really dumb 😱

Better Bladder Control works!
India is my 17 yo short-haired cat who has started to become slightly incontinent. One dose of the granules in the AM is all it takes. She is a very picky eater and has never had any issues with any of the granules she takes from Native Remedies.

Great products, ease of ordering.
