I have been a customer for years and have never had such a horrible experience with ANY company like I had with this one. One order which was a automatic re-order did not go through due to the fact our credit card number had changed. Orders after that was not processed without ever letting us know they were canceled. My son needs to take a product to help him through school and after waiting over a week to receive this I was told it was canceled but we were NEVER informed. He is now out of this product and has finals coming up! It was only a matter of giving the new number but I was treated in a very rude manner with no reason given as to why we weren't told of this. A HORRIBLE EXPIREANCE!!

problems with buy 2, get 1 free
I have been purchasing from Native Remedies for almost 2 years now with no issues. This last time I had issues with the buy 2, get one free. I added 2 items to my cart and it showed that they added the 3rd for free. Then when I got my order, I only rcvd 2 items. So I got charged for both items, then never got the 3rd one for free. When I called , they said it was because i didn't add it to my cart. If it is for free, then why wouldn't they give it to me????

Dear Colella, Thank you for your review. Even though the 3rd item is free, it still must be manually added in the quantity you are ordering. Then, the price is adjusted and the customer will only be charge for 2 of them. Obnoxious Company
I cancelled my autoship many months ago only to receive an email recently telling me the product was shipped and I would be invoiced bill! Who ships a product C.O.D these days? This company! I didn't ask for the shipment to restart and now I have to stand in line at post office telling them I don't accept the delivery.

Fast Shipping Great Products
So happy to receive my order so quickly as I was running out of product. Great bargain at time of purchase as well. The Cush-X "S" drops have been helping to calm my 14 yo Shepherd / Rottweiler Mix 'Sacha' for two months. Looking forward to the "M" drops helping with the frequent urination issues. So far the Cushings symptoms have been slowed considerably and she is a happy dog! Did not want to use the traditional treatment with frequent vet visits which stress her out considerably.
