Our WPG has juvenile kidney disease. He was getting frequent infections to the point we were considering putting him down. Even though he still urinates often and drinks a lot, the Kidney Support has kept him completely free of infections since we started it in August. The Vet said he would probably be "living on antibiotics" and hasn't been on any since start of product. We are thrilled with the outcome!!!

Product orders are processed immediately. Customer care has acted quickly to replace a product bottle which broke in transit. They are also accepting a returned item. I do think sales reps need to know which items are completely vegetarian. The person helping me assured me that all products are all vegetarian. I took her word for it. The product I am sending back contains shellfish. I apologiza for not being more thorough!

Customer service is outstanding. They will always try to find you a discount if you don't have a promo code. I've been a customer for about 3 years now and I have nothing negative to say.

I love these products. A total change in behavior after her injury. Easesure calms and stabilizes our little one. She is tiny, under two pounds, and I can say that it is safe. I so much prefer the natural, holistic treatment approach and we are so grateful to be able to give her the the chance to live a normal as possible puppy/dog life.

I ordered a product and took 18 days to receive. I noticed that Native Remedies took my money from paypal instantly but had to call them about my order. When I called, the girl could not find my order because it was on a different screen on her computer. After she found it she apologized for the delayed processing and mentioned they were using a new program. I asked her if she could mail this order express with no extra charge because I really needed the product for an elderly dog. She said she could try but the shipping still took numerous days to receive. Disappointed!

My daughter bought the MELLOWPAUSE for me because she knew what a battle I was having getting any sleep. I was waking up 5 or 6 times a night with hot flashes and not getting any sleep. Her mother-in-law uses Mellowpause, so she thought I should try it. It has made such a difference for me. I still get an occasional hot flash, but not near what it was before. I don't notice any during the day, but will get one once every couple of nights. I can sleep, and feel so much better. Thank you so much.
