Strike three

Shipping does not seem to be listening to what the order takers are asking of them. 1st strike: my order got hung-up online. I had asked for express shipping then when it still wasn't there in a week, I called. The operator was quite helpful and apologetic and said they would send it overnight/ 1 day shipping but when it still hadn't gotten to me after 4 days, I called and was told that it went out regular mail and would take up to a week to arrive- strike 2. Of course, they were again apologetic and said they would send a $20 coupon for my troubles, but that never came either. Strike three. The phone operators are lovely people but it just seems that there is no internal communication going on.
