Simply excellent and very fast service.

I love Rosarex and the shipping is now much faster from when I first started using it two years ago. However, I'm baffled by the fact the the price has went from $12.95 a bottle to $19.95 and is now is $24.95!! Why the almost 50% price increase within two years? Seems a bit greedy!

I ordered some products from Native Remedies, but never received notice they shipped. After 6 days I notified customer service regarding the status only to be told my items were "misdirected" in the warehouse and they would have their "specialist" try to locate the items. Once again, I hear nothing from Native Remedies and it's been 11 days since I placed my order, so I contacted them again asking for a refund since they didn't seem to care about sending my items, but they were quick to charge my account immediately after I placed my order. Now they are telling me they will gladly refund my money, but since my order is "processing" they are not sure if they can stop shipment, so they want me to wait to see if these items are shipped and then I'm supposed to refuse the shipment and when they get this shipment back I will finally get a credit to my account. I am in utter shock over how this company treats their customers. No updates on orders, and no care for how long a customer waits for their order. Now I have to go through my credit card company to stop the payment since they have no clue about professionalism or customer service. This company needs serious help in their way of handling customers. They have lost me forever and I will never return, nor will I ever refer them to anyone. Buyer beware!

My son has been on Epi Still for his absence seizure for 2 weeks. So far, no improvement at all, but actually even getting worse than before. Not sure if should continue to use it.

I purchased the sinu rite for my lil ol lady calico kitty..she was sneezing with mucus from her nose...She is feeling much better after 4 full days of meds... Thank you..
