The products on the Genius package has helped my son tremendously. I have set a plan to purchase a 6month supply and has decided to have a monthly mail off so I do not run out. Since my son is able to focus. Im not as worried as before. Pure and natural products are in his system. Im definitely a relieved mom who is able to give him a task and he is able to focus.

I've purchased from Native Remedies frequently over the years and haven't ever had a disappointing experience. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending them or shopping here for the first time.

Place order for product 7 days ago and that was the last correspondence I received from the company. After waiting a week with no notification or products delivered I called the company and was told product was packaged but not shipped and would get a return call or email on Monday to follow up, by Tuesday late afternoon still no contact so I called back yet again to be told purchase was still sitting in wearhouse packaged but not shipped. We are now on day 7 of not having the purchased product and was told it would be another 4-8 days and that there was absolutely no way for them to rush the shipping or do anything. I work in customer service and I completely understand that mistakes happen but you do try to do something out of the way to let the customer know you are sorry....I just feel this was and still is a terrible customer service experience.

Dear Chelly, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately our records indicate the order was misdirected in our warehouse. We have contacted our warehouse specialist to locate this order and get it shipped out to you. Once it has been shipped out, we ask that you please allow 4 - 8 business days for delivery. Unfortunately, our system determines the speed at which an order arrives to you once shipped so we are unable to request an upgrade in shipping. If you should have further questions or comments, please feel free to email us or call us at the number below. Thank you, Native Remedies Customer Service [email protected] 1.800.683.1235

I bought the remedy on a Sunday and payied for a 6-3 days delivery, on the website was asking to consider 1-2 business days to manage the order, it took 3 days to discouvered that the order were not dispatched them I talked with the company and they told that the order was not on the sistem (maybe they shoud tell it before), I need the remedy due to the thursday of the next week, so I canceled the order and buy it again with a 3 days delivery, on the end of the second business day I have to talk again saying that if they don't post it on time I would not have time to receive it (cause I have a relative on the USA for the week only), they send it to the post service in the same day, but so it should arrive on thursday, and it was not delivered on the promissed day. On the tracking code was saying that they place was empty, however there was someone to receive the pack! I had luck that my relative could pick it on friday morning on the post office, If I had to count with the deleivery service promissed and payed for, I would not have the medice! Because my relatives left USA on friday so I would lost the pack and I would have medicce to give to my dog! I think they should be a bit more responsable and show on the web the right time they take to complete the orders. They also should tell if they have any problems receiving the orders and so on.

Dear Helena, Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for taking the time to submit your comments regarding your experience. When placing an order on the website, an email conformation is sent confirming the order. If one is not received, please contact our customer service so we can check to see if we received the order. We have no way to tell if a customer tried to place an order on the website or not until the order is in the system. If we do not receive an order, we have no way to tell if the customer had tried to place an order or not. We suggest to always keep track of your email for conformations. We hope this will be of help to you and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you should have further questions or comments, please feel free to email us or contact our Customer Service Department at the phone number provided below. customser service nice and helpful. product mailed as expected, packed well, product looks high quality. my only issue was the tracking number did not work. when I tried to use it UPS said it was too long. But the package was delivered in a few days, I chose free shipping. Over all a good experience.
