This is a good product which is found to be very effective. However, I was diappointed on making my regular order of two bottles with one free tht only two arrived.

I have faith in the type of product this company sells, but their wild cowboy selling methods are unique and there is no way to get them to adhere to proper lawful practice. They bombard my mail box with special offers and "Free Delivery". I order and they slap $15 on the price for the delivery. Then they send me confirmation of shipment by DHL with the tracking number to follow. I wait, no tracking number follows. I ask about my delivery and tracking number, no answer. More days later a neighbour brings me the parcel not delivered by DHL as advised, but by rob me at any cost Royal Mail. Obviously this time Royal Mail did not think that my remedies were worth stealing, so they dumped it at some address, of course, not mine. No signature was asked. It was only for the honesty of the neighbour that I got the parcel, because Native Remedies have never replied and have not given correct information on the shipment. One of these days, I hope, someone will hold them responsible. This is not the way to do business while continuing with the same awful practice after told.

Excellent - All is OK

My 10 year old mix breed lab has cushings. I purchased 3 bottles of Native Remedies Cushex S drop based on other people reviews and or comments. I was hoping for better results based on what I read from other people who dogs had the same disease. While I realize results may vary, I I was really hoping to see more improvement for my dog but have only seen minor improvement after weeks of giving her the product. I wish I could say I saw the same improvements others have, but sadly I did not have the same experience. Fact of the matter is, it doesn't work for everyone!

I'm am very please with the overall quality and efficacy of the products. Unfortunately the poor customer service and the lack of understanding for my needs from the customer service manager made the scores drop considerably. I purchase "ProState relief". The expiration date is 11/17. I wanted to get another bottle with better dating. All of my other purchases that came with the order was expiration dates of 2019/2020. I was told by the customer service rep that unfortunately this was and acceptable bottle and I should use all of the pills by that date anyway as per the prescribed method. I questioned if any bottles had longer dating, but it seems a new batch won't be produced until the summer. I asked do they plan on selling this until the new batch is produced and I was told by the manager that up to 6 months of the expiration date is acceptable. I used to work in the Pharmaceutical industry and everyone knows that a product loses its efficacy and quality over time. This very unknowledgable manager stated that homeopathic products are different then Pharmaceuticals and the product should be fine fro use. Terrible customer service and the Reps are completely unknowledgable about the product line.

Product stands true to its promise. My mum has had problems with blocked sinuses ..... her comment was that she now has a turbo breathing nose !
