I have ordered from this company on a regular basis the last several months. I have been very happy with the prices, product, and shipping. I will continue to buy from this company, until I don't need to order the product any longer. I order for my dad. I would recommend the product, and company to anyone.

I have used their products for my cats for awhile, and just started using products for myself...The only thing I would recommend is that they do a better job of keeping some products that are popular in stock...I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a backordered item.

Products are the best. I recommend them to everyone who has a dog the vets have given up on. Adds months and for some, years. Plus improves their quality of life. HOWEVER, shipping is slow! Folks on the phone are helpful but there seems to be a disconnect between receipt of online orders and them being shipped out.

Their products are so wonderful. Those that answer phones, some of them, need to be taught manners and the rule that I learned in retail, the customer is always right.
