Professional on every level. Very impressed.
I was very impressed with every aspect of placing my order. The speed in getting back to me with my questions. The ease of placing my order and clear communication on the products I was looking for. Very friendly, and professional on every level in my experience with this company. Every product I have used so far has been a true blessing to my family. Also, the products arrived in the time as stated. To date we have used C-Caps, Liveraid, Allergy itch ease, Respo-K and Sinu-Rite. As my dogs have aged their health needs have changed. This company offers us options that have profoundly changed their lives for the better.

Pet Alive Muscle & Joint Support-M
This is truly an excellent product!! At age nine, our female cat, Tani, was experiencing a great loss of mobility. Her walking was careful and she had to make two or three attempts to jump up on her various couches, chairs and beds. She also could no longer bend her body to clean herself properly. We knew she was hurting. We piled cushions up to make it easier for her to access her sleeping spots. Within two weeks of using the Pet Alive drops Tani was able to jump from the floor to her highest bed and was able to take care of her own personal groomng again! Tani is ten now and still has great ease of movement including still enjoying being rolled around on the floor for playtime! We are so thankful for this amazing product and will continue to use it to ensure our precious pet's quality of life!

Great spray
I have only purchased 1 bottle so far and have not used it all, and my cats skin is clearing up and she is not scratching near as much as she was before. She had scabs from scratching so much and her skin was inflamed, and It looks a lot better. I spray it into her food 2 times a day. Great product!!

Disappointing Experience ...
I have been a customer for a few years, ordering products from time to time. Because of my last experience with my last order, I probably will not order directly from them because of a shipping error & how they addressed it. My order was sent to the wrong post office, reaching me on the very last "acceptable" day, per their acceptable time frame. When I called customer service to tell them that my tracking information shows just that,(ERROR .. SENT TO WRONG P.O.), they said they could not help me. I would have thought they would have re-sent the order to me and expedited it as a rush order as well. Again, very disappointed with the quality of their customer service.

Hello Carrie, I am very sorry to hear that your package was misdirected in the postal system while in transit to you. I am glad it arrived to you. We are more than happy to replace lost packages but we always want to allow enough time for delivery if a scan with the post office shows that it is still in transit. I understand the frustration thinking we were not willing to help. That is not how we wanted to portray that and I apologize sincerely. The fact it was being redirected to the correct address was the only reason we asked to allow more time. If it would have showed lost or returned we would do a replacement right away. Your concerns are very important to us and we appreciate the feedback. We hope you can give us another chance in the future. Take care, Jaime R.

This product did not work for my son- AT ALL. He got his hopes up (as did I) and was tremendously disappointed. What a terrible experience. We will certainly not be purchasing anything else from this company. I sincerely believe it is a scam.

Hi Kelly, Thank you for your feedback. I sympathize with you in the fact that you are not seeing the results you hoped to see. I can imagine the frustration you both feel. People respond to natural remedies in different ways. Some of our satisfied customers experience benefits within a few days, while many others have reported optimal benefits taking effect within 3-6 weeks. It is important to take natural remedies as directed and remain consistent. You may also find that a smaller maintenance amount is beneficial for ongoing support. Many customers report taking a regular maintenance amount for continued health and well-being. You may always make a return if this is something that is not working out for you. Hope your day is great, Jaime R.
