Hi Marianne, I sincerely apologize that your order did not arrive in as timely of a fashion as you had expected. Alaska deliveries do take extra time, due to the great distance between us here in Wisconsin, and you. I have reviewed the order and tracking with the United States Postal Service, to see what caused the delay. Based on the tracking, it looks like the package went to the wrong side of the country, before it was redirected to Alaska. While I am not able to speak for USPS on why they chose the shipping path that they did, I can definitely try to make up for it on our end. Please watch for a credit back to your credit card for the Priority Mail upgrade that you had paid for. It should appear in your online statements in the next 3-5 business days.
