returned product unused and unopened…
returned product unused and unopened for full credit, never received credit.Was told in email that I would receive full credit. Product was never used due to my pet passing away.

I was able to pull up your order, and it looks like it has not been received and processed by our warehouse at this time. Depending on who you shipped the order with, it can take between 2-3 weeks for us to process the return. Once processed, you will be credited for the item and we will confirm it to you via email. It looks like we were able to get you the order within about 8 business days, however, I understand how it can feel longer when the weekends are involved and are not counted as business days. I've been giving L-Lysine to my cats to…
I've been giving L-Lysine to my cats to prevent herpes simplex, which one of the new cats brought into the house. It's been over 2 years and they are healthy and happy! This sure saves on unnecessary vet visits.

CURED NATURALLY!
My lab was cured of heartworms after taking parasite dr. I was told by my vet that there was only one way to treat heartworms and it was by giving poison to him and a series of painful shots in his back. I am glad I chose the natural way.
