I've been waiting on my item since January and it's on back order. No kind of follow up on email or phone calls

This is causing a longer than expected delay on getting stock in. We do send out emails to customers in 30 day increments on back order status. Sometimes these emails may fall into your junk/spam folders if an unrecognized email address. Signed up for auto ship
Signed up for auto ship. The first shipment was ok, but since then they have sent a shipment every three days when the time rolls around again. Have had to cancel twice now. I like the product, but the shipping is terrible. Even when I was ordering one at a time, some of the orders got lost or were very late arriving.

I ordered Parasite Doctor for my dog
I ordered Parasite Doctor for my dog . It came immediately and they also enclosed return label in the box just in case I wanted to return the product which I thought was very convenient . The product did what it was intended to do.
