Well after a very stressful time .... my husband and I spoke to two wonderful ladies, Janet Crabtree followed by Lucy Knight, what a wonderful experience, these two ladies are a credit to you Nationwide, I’ve never had such a professional, kind and understanding with any other Company, from practically crying down the phone this morning to Janet, then having talked to Lucy this evening all our problems were sorted out, we’ve been with Nationwide for many years and have never had a bad experience, but due to an error (totally our fault) we had our mortgage in principle but sadly forgot to make an appointment to get it confirmed, there’s three parties involved in our sale and purchase, we were the ones that were chasing everyone to suddenly realise we didn’t have our mortgage in place 😞 so it was us that we’re letting the side down, you not only saved our faces but got our mortgage approved so rapid, we’re so very grateful to these lovely ladies, thank you with all our hearts, we will always be with Nationwide and definitely will be singing your name from the rooftops! We recently decided to release some equity from our home ,to buy something I've wanted for many years . We contacted nationwide over 55s mortgage advisor Donna Dickie.she is amazing,customer training schools from round the UK should be queuing up to head hunt her .Her knowledge and expertise is great. My husband and I are both pensioners not well up on tech .Donna has been with us each step of the way .Even answering emails out of hours .thankyou Donna you have been a star.

Ron Greene called me one day about two months ago. He said he thought we could make this mortgage work. For some reason, I did not hang up on this man. I am so thankful that I did not. Ron walked me through every document request, every new form, every new twist on getting to closing. I am not an easy man to work with. I raised my voice on the phone more than once but Ron hung in and calmly explained every number, every concern, every potential difficulty. And we made it. Ron Greene is a damn good man, who knows how to do his job and make it possible for all parties to come together at the end and all necessary papers are now signed. After going through first with Mortage Broker taking forever to shop for a lender and exhausting our mortgage commitment time (30 days) and then our extension we tried with another lender (15 days)...we had to extend our contract and NATIONWIDE was able to get the Job DONE!! If your shopping for a mortgage company to help you get funding for you & your family this is the team you want assisting you!! Robert Haufler and his partner Héctor Passini were able to save us from the nightmare we was going through with the other lenders and mortgage brokers. There were honest, straight forward and they were make sure your are OK before you go into underwriting. They will not put the file through there pipe line unless they are sure it will close. They have 100% closing ratio because they do pre-underwriting on your file - and if something doesn’t work they will find a solution to make it work!! They are the direct lenders and they will help you all the way!! Robert Haufler and Héctor Passini have a great level of expertise and exceptional service!!
