They value the long term customer relationship
Tara Smith was more than helpful when my holiday cards came out darker than expected. She explained why it may have happened and offered to get them redone. I’m guessing she recognized I was a first time customer and extended grace to me. Now I know what I need to do when I order again from Nations Photo Lab. I haven’t gotten my new holiday cards yet but I am optimistic they will turn out much better!
