I didn’t receive the discount after signing up for email and texts so I sent in a request. I thought it would delay my order, not happen and take forever for a response. Imagine my surprise when Erica responded to me immediately! 24 hours hadn’t even gone by! And, she informed me there was a better discount available and credited my account! Wow! Thanks so much! GREAT first experience! I’m sold!!

We ordered a design and immediately second-guessed it. Luckily, I was able to catch Natalee the next morning, and she quickly cancelled and refunded the order. New design created and ordered. Thank you!

There was a problem with the printing of my orders and Soojin was an outstanding help. She provided instructions for me to reorder both sets of calendars, she assured that my cost was no more than the original order, and she promised I will receive my orders on the date I had first requested. Current status - waiting to receive my calendars. Soojin's tone made me feel like she valued me as a new customer and would do what she could to assure my satisfaction and pleasure with my orders. Thank you Soojin.

I had great customer service from Brandon. He responded to my request quickly and resolved the issue even before I had a chance to request a reprint for a damaged print.
