In preparing photo calendars, I was rushing to meet a Christmas mailing deadline, when one of the projects hit a small glitch. It was too late to contact a staff member in person via their chat function, but when I did so first thing the next morning, Natalee quickly found and fixed the problem. I didn't have to repeat everything I had already explained to the Chat bot, as so often happens.
