Great customer service! When I realized I had forgotten to make a change on my photos, I called Nations to see if they can make the change on their end. But since it went past the 30-minute limit, Jordan gave me an easy suggestion so that I would not have to pay for another project fee. Easy peasy. Thanks Jordan!

The cutoner service rep, Erica who helped me went out of her way to make sure my concerns were addressed. Even better, she too the initiative to deal with my problem after our chat session ended. Apparently there was a system update in the works while I was ordering photos and I could not access the shipping optins. She was able to set that up from her end and saved the day for me.
