Erica and her team responded within the expected time frame and successfully gave me the discount I was entitled to. It was my first time doing an album.....I struggled with some things but the response of your chat helper made it so I did not give up. Carol Teutsch

Erica was very friendly and helpful and the on hold wait time wasn’t very long. Although the resolution to my issue involved me going to the post office to find out where my package was, it all worked out nicely. And Eric had a contingency plan in case the post office couldn’t find my package.
