I emailed customer service and received a prompt and thorough reply from Silvia. She was direct and honest in addressing my question/concern about my order, and genuinely cared about my timeline. Most importantly, she provided a solution for the problem without me having to ask for a fix - now that is customer service as it should be.

I have been using Nations for printing for some time. I recently wanted a metal print for our bathroom looking for moisture proofing. When I received our 16x24 print it looked exactly like my monitor depicted it. The floating mount is very nicely done and made hanging the print very easy. Nicely lightweight overall it will enhance our home for years to come. Also of note I do a calendar printing for us each year they are always very nice and this years (as my skill improves) is simply amazing! I promptly ordered another to give to a family member. I wrote a note of thanks to Nations (well deserved) and this was answered by Silvia. Even the kind acknowledgement from Nations made my experience even better.

I contacted Nations Photo Lab about an issue with my Christmas card. While Natlee wasn't able to resolve the problem with the card I submitted, she offered a gift certificate to cover the cost of reordering a card. I am a relatively new user of Nations Photo Lab, and this experience has given me the confidence to continue using their services.

Calling customer service, I reached Erica and she was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her assistance and that I did not have to hold long for a representative.

Erica was very upbeat, polite and efficient in resolving my problem. It is the kink of service that I have become accustomed to for the rare times that there was any issue. It is alway made right very promptly.

I have used nations photo lab for years and always am impressed with their quality. With my last order some of the photos came damaged. I chatted in and was able to get to a representative quickly Tara really helped out and submitted a reprint for the damaged photos. Tara was so quick and efficient (and kind and understanding) I was very impressed. Super helpful. So not only does nations photo lab have high quality prints, they truly do stand by their product and offer quick and proactive solutions.
