Brandon helped me with a problem with my photo book. He was sympathetic and offered to remake the book at no extra charge. I was impressed that he understood the problem and quickly came to a good resolution. I will definitely use this company again for all my photo needs.

This is the second year, I have used Nations Photo Lab to print a large photo of an event I attended in India. It was a fan event for the famous Indian star: Shah Rukh Khan. At the conclusion of the event in a very orderly process, group photos are taken. I ordered my group picture from nations a few days ago. But my good friend from Jaipur could not be in the photo with me as we got separated. I found his group photo and sent it to Nations so that it could be forwarded to him in Jaipur. Jordan at Nations Photo Lab was very helpful in ensuring that the right photo would reach my friend in Jaipur. I most appreciated his very clear communication of the process that would be followed to get the photo to Jaipur. I feel like the service Jordan rendered was exceptional. And if I need similar photos in the future, I will definitely come back to Nations Photo Lab.
