Brandon was attentive to my questions. He instructed me where to find answers to my questions with additional feedback on differences between products and how to mount pictures. He was patient and a pleasure to work with.

When ordering my prints, I accidentally wrote my old address instead of my current address ( I had just moved ). I emailed customer service and Ricky quickly fixed my address relieving me of my worries of not receiving my order. I loved the print quality of my last order so I cannot wait for this one. Thank you Ricky!

I electronically contacted Nations after I had uploaded (and hence ordered) the wrong photo file. The situation occurred after they were closed, but before they reopened after a weekend. I attempted to describe my situation (2 out of the 3 files were correctly uploaded) and received a very quick response from Soojin, the Customer Service manager. She not only understood my dilemma, but also showed sincere empathy. She could not stop the original order, but did credit me generously and suggested I reorder using the correct file, which she astutely noted had already been uploaded. She even understood why I always unclick the color-correction button, as my images are astrophotographs and have already been carefully curated. Further, she even thanked me sincerely for attempting to correct my mistake! Talk about 5 stars! I'd click 5 more if possible!

I ordered an enlarged (16X24) metal print of a photo shared with me. One of their Customer Service Representatives, Brandon Moore, communicated with me to share that my order was placed "on hold" due to the pixilation of the enlarged print. He included a view of the picture so I could see how it looked, and his communication noted my options. It made my decision easy. He was thorough. I have always received excellent customer service from Nations Photo Lab over the several years I have used their services.
