Tara Smith deserves a raise
Tara Smith deserves a raise. She reached out to me about an order that didn't look quite right to her and she mailed me with her concerns. She was 100% correct. It says a lot about her concern for customers. I've had 7 canvas prints so far and all have been better than expected.

Exceeded expectations
Exceeded expectations. They really mean their guarantee of satisfaction. After we mistakenly ordered the wrong type of prints for framing, Alison patiently explained what would be more appropriate and put all the details in an email, which included a coupon code that would cover the full cost of the replacement. Excellent service!

I am a senior that doesn't do well…
I am a senior that doesn't do well navigating some sites. Alison was so kind and patient with me. I think it took her an hour to help me but she did it. Alison is an impressive customer service person. Thank you Alison

Ordering issues resolved
I recently reached out to Nations due to an error that I made while placing my order. Erica and her team responded quickly and addressed my issue. This is not the first time, I have reached out for other issues and have been completely satisfied with their response. The quality of my prints has been excellent!
