I didn't realize that living in AK would cause a higher rate of shipping. David reached out to let me know that they needed to charge an additional amount to cover the shipping to AK. My order was on hold until they heard back from me. I appreciate that they reached out to let me know and didn't just charge the extra amount. I asked if I could change the shipping address to one in the lower 48. That would actually help me out as one of the items I ordered was for my mom anyway. David replied back that it wasn't a problem at all, they changed the shipping address for me and my order was promptly being processed. Overall, very satisfied with their customer service.
