Erica answered back quickly and professionally and she did her best to get an answer for me but it was technically a little over my head so I need to go do some research and I’ll confidently ask her again and I’m Thinking she’ll be there w a great answer.

Great service from Tara Smith when I called with a damage issue on a mounted 20x30 photo. Since we needed the photo for a funeral and there was no time for a reprint, she worked out a refund and was very kind and nice to talk with when working out this issue.
