I had a sales tax question when I placed my order. My question was answered right away and was promptly handled. Not many places do you get great customer service like this anymore.

I am under a hard deadline so i reached out to support. Allison was my tech/support help! She was amazing and helped me navigate my item and delivery. Realizing the country is paralyzed with the recent snow storm, we looked at all the options. She is overseeing my production at this time. She advised on the size ordered as well under such a timeline. She and her team should be highly commended. I also mentioned Tara and i were in communication, and she offered to have her return my call but as I said, time was critical. Thank you! PS i was sitting at the airport waitinv for my daughter to give you a visual snapshot of life.

Jordan Rupp, who fielded my anxious call, patiently listened to my concerns and helped me understand both what I had done wrong and how to fix it. Beyond that, he arranged for a "repaired" printing and guided me through further adjustments I might need to make. Good man.
