My experience was perfect! The photo I originally received from Photo Labs had an orange tint across the surface. When I called, Brandon was professional and gracious with his apology regarding the photo. He quickly offered to have another copy done and sent to me, at no additional cost. I appreciated his feedback. I received the new and improved Photo and I am very, very happy with the results. It was exactly what I had hoped for originally. Thank you for a job well done and an employee you should be proud of!
