When I put my photographs in the cart, a black line seemed to edge the top of one of them. After just giving Jordan, my name and email address, he was able to take a look at my photographs. We both thought they looked OK, but Jordan told me how to add his name to a special attention field so that he would have a chance to take one more look before the photographs were prepared. I was very reassured. Help was fast and efficient.

David has offered really wonderful customer service in helping me with my orders and explaining different custom features offered at Nations Photo Lab that sets this company apart from many other online printers who I often find subpar in comparison.

I made a mistake when I ordered some prints. Technically, it was my fault. If I would have spent more time reviewing my order I probably could have caught it. But at the same time, there are some easy things the site could have done to help me avoid the mistake in the first place. Anyway, I shared my experience with their support team and happiness was restored! They passed on the feedback to the development team and gave me a discount code to "do over." I'm so glad I reached out and look forward to future orders with NPL.

I e-mailed Nations Photo Lab customer service to let them know one of my photos from delivery had an obvious scratch on it. I got a response from the customer service supervisor Ricky in literally 11 minutes!!! He let me know they would reprint & reship with tracking. I just received my reprinted photo today and am very impressed with the prompt reply, but also such a quick and easy solution to my issue. Very happy with the quality of all my prints, but also in awe of their customer service. I have always printed my big milestone photos with Nations - my wedding photos and now my maternity photos - and will continue to do so! Thank you Ricky from Nations Photo Lab!
