HI Allison. helped me out with my order and t was painless and quick, she is very knowledgeable. Though I honestly do not understand why my order was split in two parts, increases shipping costs too i'm sure. The second part of my order was the important part of the order and I had already told the client the images were on their way but when i received the first shipment they were missing. Currently, our system automatically splits items in your order based on what you ordered. Each item type and size is its own entity. Items with similar sizes, turnaround times, and production processes will be combined and shipped. When I ordered a metal print, I failed to order the black shadow mount I needed for my print. I called Nations Photo Lab after their work hours and left a message asking how I could order the mount. The next morning, I received a message from Tara Smith that she would send me the mount. She did and it arrived quickly. Nations Photo Lab has great support!
