Nations Photo LabReviews of nationsphotolab.com

I needed help changing my address and retroactively applying a discount. They got back to me immediately and remedied both issues!

The representative I emailed with, Tara, was very helpful in understanding what issue I had with my print and helped look for a better resolve. She helped me understand the image quality issue and worked to offer reasonable solutions. We have printed with Nations Photo lab many time for graduation picture etc and have always been satisfied. It’s great to know they work hard to make sure you’re happy with their product.

Had an issue with print and Tara Smith solved it super fast thanks.

Erica at Nations Photo Lab guided me step-by-step in the process of selecting over 600 photos (a five week trip to India) to have printed. I was a novice at using NPL's website, and her assistance was so helpful. She figured out what I was attempting to do, and helped me when I got stuck by letting me know how to complete the various steps. She was considerate, didn't mind how long it took me (!) to figure something out. She graciously ensured that I was offered the code to be able to get an additional 10% off my order. The kindest (and most patient) thing she did was to not give up when I actually had forgotten which email account I used for the library of my photos! She tried the accounts, and we finally found the photos! I lost the window with the 10% discount code she generated for me, and she re-found it and emailed it to me. Absolutely stellar customer service!

Tara did a great job solving my issues and even took the time to contact production to figure out when my project will be completed.

David explained what may have happened when I ordered to cause the issue I had with envelopes and made sure the envelopes I needed were being sent.

Switch my address from default one to second home My mistake and they promptly corrected it. Great customer service from Ricky and team

Natalee helped with all the process and made it easy.
