I made the mistake of not selecting "color correction" when ordering my photos because the pictures I wanted looked exactly the way I wanted them already, but when printing, one came out much darker than I had hoped. Alison helped me very quickly correct the issue and a replacement photo is on the way. Thank you for a great experience!
