Tara Smith is a customer service rep extraordinaire! I had several issues which she resolved with ease. She is the type of employee every company wishes they could have as a customer service agent.

Nations Photo Lab has wonderful, quality products. And today I experienced their excellent customer service. I was able to reach a human right away and Erica was so helpful and kind. Erica listened to the problem I had (a lost package) and was quick to help out. She was kind, respectful, and helpful in her response. So impressed with the customer service. Will definitely be a customer for life!

Being new to having my photos printed by someone else other than myself, I was helped by Erica to find a better photo size to help my photos from being cropped too much.
