I was having trouble with a choice of paper I had selected - turns out it was a simple solution but Alison handled it really well.

David responded timely to my concern and immediately offered a solution without me having to request it!

Erica answered my email so I didn't have to be on a conversant trying to get a live person on the line. It was easy and non-stressful and she replied to me quickly; I didn't have to wait or email again. Also, she completely resolved my issue with no hassel.

Ricky was fast, prompt and professional with my address correction!

I was confused about how to hang my 12x18 metal print. I called Nations and Brandon mentioned that the part I wasn't seeing had been taped to the back side of the cardboard mounting the picture, itself. THAT had not occurred to me. I went out to the trash (we had already thrown out the box) and VOILA! The mounting board!! Great save, Brandon, thanks a bunch!

Tara was quick to realize why I hadn’t received my print. She figured out that it was sent “ground” to Hawaii which means it went by a ship and would take 4-6 weeks. She made it right by sending a new print via FedEx. Thank you so kindly! Marilyn Rose

I received some photos that to me seemed to be too dark. I contacted Nations Photo Lab about the issue.I have been very satisfied with the support I have received from David and the excellent customer service. My issue has been resolved quickly and professionally.

All of my questions were answered. We lost our phone connection and nations called me back! Was very appreciative. Looking forward to seeing how my prints come out as they are of paintings. Based on guidance provided I am hoping the color match will be good. Thank you !
