Mr. Cress was extremely helpful in locating my previous photo projects, saving me a great deal of time and frustration. Not only did he resolve my issue quickly, but he also took the time to show me a better way to organize and keep track of my projects in the future. I had a problem ordering a certain product, so I called Customer service and spoke with Brandon Moore and explained what I was attempting to order. Basically, he took control of my order and all that was left for me to do was to upload the image. I could not have selected a better representative to handle my situation. I would consider him as the most knowledgeable agent they have based on how short of a time to solve a problem

I ordered a 16x20 print of my daughter, and when I received it, the package was bent, as well as the print. I used the QR code on the postcard included in the package and filled out a complaint. Early the next business day, I received an email apologizing for the print's condition (even though it wasn't the company's fault!) and a tracking number for the new print they'd already sent. Top-notch customer service!

The customer service was the main thing i liked about this company. today CS is almost nonexciting especially like the way Tara Smith followed up and made sure that everything was done correctly.
