Customer service is limited to 2 days a week, processing times are extremely long...will not be ordering again... if I read the reviews prior to placing order would have skipped this place.

Representative wanted to argue with me about the date that I wanted on my stamp and embosser. Here in Michigan, it's on our birthday 6 years from when we were appointed our commission. It's also called our expiration date. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I waited on the phone for 30 minutes before Mario got on the phone to apologize for his representative arguing with me about my expiration date. Then I advised him that while I was on hold, I ordered my notary equipment through NotaryStamp.com!

So much went wrong from the extremely long wait time to get my stamp after the website specifically says 3 to 5 day turnaround I see it’s been updated since I pointed that out however, it’s been over three weeks and I still have not received my stamp. I’ve had to miss work and a lot of opportunities to do notaries have been missed because my stamp has not arrived yet. Additionally, I was told that my stamp would then be expedited shipping however I received a tracking number through the regular postal Service that tells me that there is no shipping. When I check my order status online, I get no information when I check the email again no information. Also, the website says that there’s customer service open on Saturdays, but when I call, it says that the office is closed. The NNA seems disorganized and lacking in staff. It is to the fault of the NNA that customers are unhappy and unfortunately care more about charging over $700 for packages than they do about making their customers happy. Never again with the NNA

My commission has been renewed by the state of Florida through 2030 but I STILL don't have my new stamp or certificate (stamp expires 9/20/26) and CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. Beyond frustrating. They got my $$ but I am not getting any customer service. Next time I am renewing with Florida Notary Service. My next step is filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office.

I am absolutely done with this company.  I should not have placed another order after my notary stamp order was delayed almost 6 weeks. But I did and placed orders for 2 employees. We have gone back and forth with numerous emails and uploads trying to get these orders processed and delivered, but still nothing.  The order was placed on over 6 weeks and the money taken immediately, but we are STILL waiting. We were asked 3 times to send the Notary Certificates, which we did each time in addition to uploading them.  I tried calling customer service 800-876-6827 three times. The first time I gave up after 30 minutes, the second time after an hour.  This time I have been on hold on for OVER 1 hour & 30 minutes and am still holding.  I will NEVER deal with NNA again.

Ordered my stamp and 2 refill inks. Received inks but not my Notary stamp. Cant get in touch by phone or email. Absolutely no communication. I will be disputing this. What a horrible company

Long hold times that never get answered even in middle of certification exam. Trying to upgrade errors and omissions insurance is an on hold to never journey. Must have gone out of business after taking my money. I have a business to run and expect what I paid them for. I get nothing in return but staying on hold for ever and ever

Absolutely awful. I started this process in July for a simple renewal. Zero communication, confusing instructions, when I finally got someone on the phone after a 2 hour wait she sent me further instructions on what more they need. I emailed it back, per their instructions in the same email, as well as mailing it in. Now they don't know where it is in either format and according to their autogenerated email response to my response, it's going to take them 2 weeks before they even open the response email. Now my license is in danger. Will never, ever recommend.
